Victoria has extensive charity experience as the Founder and Chair of the UK’s leading equestrian mental health charity Riders Minds; as well as being an experienced Director with a demonstrated history in the Sports, Equestrian and Voluntary Sectors. Victoria is skilled in Management, Event Planning/Co-Ordinating and business strategy and creative development. Having being personally affected by suicide, Victoria is deeply committed to ensuring mental health is destigmatised and better supported throughout society and will help the Baton of Hope fight this silent crisis.
